I have an important question. How safe really is north tulsa from say 7am-6pm? Does anyone know where the educare on the north side is? If so how safe is that school. Is that school safe for being on the north side? I know the north side is not considered safe, but how safe is that school? Is that school in a bad area? Please let me know asap... thanks. I have just seen the outside of the school in the day time and at night, but I am not sure how safe it really is...

It is not really as dangerous up there as people would have you believe. You can go your whole life without any trouble.

As to how safe that particular school is, I know the place but have no idea about its quality or safety.

Thanks for replying! I was just more concern with the area that the school is in.. it's really not that far in on the north side right.. so it shouldn't be that bad right? I do know that it's like only 10 mins away from the other educare on 5th and lewis and that one doesn't scare me (5th and lewis), but they are moving people over there and I am not 100% sure I want my child in that area on the north side.. I guess I would feel much safer in the school was in front of a police station. I do know that's it's next door to a fire station, but that doesn't make it safe even more..

I have lived on the north side of tulsa on and off my entire adult life and i have NEVER had any bad experience other than my car being broken into. I live off of Pine and Yale and my neighborhood could not be more quiet and peaceful and clean. If you do not do drugs and mingle w/ people who do bringing drama and trouble into your life then you are fine living here. FYI the most dangerous neightborhood in Tulsa is not even on the north side of Tulsa it is 61st and either Lewis or Peoria I cant recall and that would be edging close to south Tulsa so dont always believe what you hear.
