BTW how can a hospital look suburban? They all look the same in terms of layout.
Texas Medical Center has WAY better looking buildings than Parkland. No comparison man.

Dallas' medical facilities these days are what Houston's were decades ago.

This hospital is state of the art. The newest medical technology will be in this hospital. So, I can tell you're trolling like usual.

I'm not denying that, but its nothing to gloat over. Houston builds this kinda stuff all the time. I'm sure its something special for Dallas though since they rarely ever get to see new medical facilities & expansions of this scope. In Houston it would be considered "just another large project" going up in the booming Texas Medical Center.

There's no need for a new facility when a lot of the hospitals are not really that old. A lot of the hospitals are in pretty good shape and doesn't need to be totally replaced.

Its not that.

Dallas just isn't the medical magnet Houston is which is why you guys rarely see new construction in that area. I mean Houston has Saudi kings & princes crossing oceans to seek medical treatment. Dallas isn't on that level of care.

I once heard from a reliable source that Sylvester Stallone went to Houston to get "pumped up" if you catch my drift. Its no secret the dude is a stud in the bedroom that's how he made his first flick.

Methodist Charlton, Methodist Dallas, Baylor University, UT Southwestern, Medical City, Texas Health Presbyterian, etc. all expanded or are currently expanding.

Dallas is experiencing a boom of sorts with medical related construction, but like I said it will never approach Houston's level of care its just too massive whats both inside & outside of the Texas Medical Center.

You could gather every hospital in the Metroplex & fit it in the Texas Medical Center with plenty of room to spare.
