oh yeah. thats another favorite flavor of mine!!! Blue Bell does it great.

btw, has anyone tried the Pecos melon flavor?

That's a new one, NOTAM. I've never experienced a melon-flavored ice cream before.

melon is a common flavor in asian markets....at the asian store here, we have lots of melon (canteloupe, and other kind of melon) flavored icecreams/sherberts/popsicles. i think even mexico makes them too.
BLUE BELL has Pecos melon flavor-with chunks of Pecos melons in it. I have seen it on the shelves in the past few months. Never tried it cuz it comes in only the big tub, too big to buy just for me...So I am always stuck with buying the flavors that come in the small pints.
