"D/FW Airport, American Arlines will celebrate new service to Shanghai, Hong Kong"

D/FW will now fly nonstop to Pudong, Hong Kong, and later Beijing Capital as per the plans. Yeah, baby!

Quote:
A spokesman did say the flights have lots of demand.

While D/FW Airport celebrates the first nonstop daily flights to these destinations, Sean Donohue, the airport’s CEO, said he’s pushing for more international destinations. One of the top priorities is Beijing, China.

Its called over kill.

Basically like throwing a $5,000 set of rims & tires on a vehicle that's only worth $500 or less at a scrap yard is what it amounts to.

Then again its Dallas where anything remotely gaudy goes...

You make up way too many lies...Big Hoss at Texas Motor Speedway is the world's largest HD screen. Texas Motor Speedway is in Fort Worth, which is 30mi west of Dallas, Texas. They have NASCAR there. Do I need to spell it out?

You would be so much more credible if you used proper Queen's English.

"Overkill" is one word, not two. "Its" refers to possession. You meant "it's" (it is) Dallas. You should have included a comma after Dallas. Let me rephrase, using proper English:

"Then again it's Dallas, where anything remotely gaudy goes."

Judgment happens when a person speaks or writes. That's the way it is.

You were saying...?

You see, respect here on C-D is earned, not bought with elementary, grammar police put downs such as yourself. This is after all 2014 where I think 90% of the population would know what simple 3 letter words like BRB or LOL mean.

It really doesn't. It sounds more corny than anything.

Much like people still say "Cowboys Stadium" instead of AT&T, the same will go for Reliant (NRG) in Houston.
