wow sheryl!! that was amazing.... i am going to c&p your post into a word doc to save for when i am able to make more concrete relocation plans. with real estate here tanking so badly (although not as badly as many other parts of the country), i don't think i could sell my house for what i paid for it in 2004..... SOOOOOOO .... i am stuck in the midwest for another couple or 3 years i think .......
