According to Dallas' Highland Park Village Spring Magazine, new stores/restaurants coming soon include:

-Draper James (Opening in unknown location)
Draper James*|*Reese Witherspoon's Clothing Line
"Whether it’s Nashville or New Orleans, Beaufort or Birmingham, there is a special breed of charm and grace that’s signature to the American South. We’re proud to say that over 40% of our products are made in the United States, and we’re always looking to produce more in America and in particular the South. With Draper James, our goal is to bring contemporary, yet timeless Southern style to your wardrobe and your home, no matter where you live. We hope you will stop in to see us often—our door is always open."

-Christofle (Opening in unknown location)
Christofle
"Since 1830, Christofle has mastered the art of working with silver, rendering that material sublime and special: it is shiny without ostentation, intelligent without pretense, and versatile yet sincere. The silversmith's know-how concentrated in its factory in Yainville, Normandy, guarantees that Christofle products meet the highest standards of quality."

-Bird Bakery (Opening next to Alice & Olivia)
BIRD bakery
"After resisting expansion, we were invited to open in Highland Park Village because so many of our wonderful customers from San Antonio had approached the owners about bringing Bird to Dallas. We had several requests from our guests about opening in Dallas, but when the phone rang and they let us know that they literally had a place waiting for us, I couldn’t say no. We’re so looking forward to being part of one of our most favorite cities in the world."

-Honor Bar (Opening Next to Rag & Bone and Market)
Honor Bar | Dallas - opening 2016
"We are proud to announce the newest Honor Bar location at the historic Highland Park Village, opening soon. Featuring a large outdoor patio set under a sweeping oak tree and some of our favorite dishes from the Beverly Hills and Montecito locations. Expect to see new dishes as well, from premium sandwiches to salads and snacks, and an extensive list of wines by the glass. We can't wait to see you there!"

-Not listed by Highland Park Village, Active and Lifestyle brand, Theory, has a "coming soon" store to Dallas on its website slated to open in unit 9B (next to Dior Beauty and Céline) .

Dallas’ Forty Five Ten to open in Houston’s River Oaks District

"Forty Five Ten’s Brian Bolke is going to be super busy this fall.

Not only is Forty Five Ten opening a four-level, 37,000-square-foot store on Main Street in downtown Dallas, but Houston will be getting a smaller version too.

Houston has been on his radar for a while, Bolke said, and now “the time feels right.” The 3,300-square-foot Houston store is scheduled to open in September in Houston’s River Oaks District. (Dallas-based Saint Bernard recently opened in the same shopping center.)

The Houston store will sell collections of merchandise for women, men, home and cosmetics selected from the downtown Dallas store that opens later this fall.

Bolke is introducing the Copper Bar, a champagne and coffee bar at the store’s entrance. “It’s a store to meet a friend, browse leisurely and explore,” Bolke said. “We want a store that will add to the walkability of River Oaks District and be part of the emerging neighborhood.”

The Houston store will sell women’s apparel and accessories with a focus on emerging designers selected by fashion director Taylor Tomasi Hill and men’s merchandised selected by Nick Wooster. Home will include an Assouline book department and merchandise picked by home creative director Rob Dailey.

In Dallas, Forty Five Ten is moving from its 4510 McKinney Ave. address since 2000 to downtown Dallas as part of a joint partnership to build the new store with Headington Companies.

Five & Ten will continue to be located in Highland Park Village."

Well although it is only in Dallas, there are (soon to be) two boutiques so it out exclusived itself.

-Dallas' Steven Alan how ever was mistakenly not bolded as it is the only Texas store.

Scoop NYC Succumbs to Market Forces; All Stores Closing

" Scoop NYC has an anniversary this year – 20 years in business – but instead of celebrating, the retailer is holding store closing sales. The contemporary chain, whose concept is “the ultimate closet,” abruptly shuttered its New York flagship in SoHo on Monday...Scoop’s units include Brookfield Place, and men’s and women’s stores in the Meatpacking District in Manhattan. There are also stores in East Hampton and Wheatley Plaza in Greenvale, N.Y.; Brentwood and Beverly Hills, Calif.; Bal Harbour, Fla.; Atlanta; Chicago; Boston, Las Vegas, and Dallas."
