Ya, it's getting really nice. Sunday is supposed to be a tad warmer, but still only about 80 for a high. The weather has finally taken a change for the better, MUCH better. The air show out at Alliance today ought to be a LOT of fun. 100,000 people are expected to be there. Traffic will be a nightmare, but boy is it fun watching all of those different kinds of planes. And the Blue Angels are AWESOME!

Come on now, Case. You know you're going to miss the warmer season because the ladies will not be in full force wearing their tights. Admit it.

Yeah, it is getting cooler, but not much. Sixties for highs might actually be better. It is a welcome change from what we've had. But we need more rain.

we're supposed to have a high of 67 this today. i hope it will be cloudy and windy, as well.

last night was the first night of the season where i was tempted to turn on the heater, but decided not to so i could keep the house cool. hopefully scaring away whatever little creatures might be hiding in the cracks and dark corners...i can't really see myself getting into the fall spirit until the leaves start changing, though

It looks as though even San Antonio will be joining in on Tuesday, after a warm, rainy day Monday. Highs in the mid-70's are expected through the weekend. That many days in a row below 80 hasn't happened since last spring, I think.

Yeah, I just saw that. The computers and experts are having a difficult time keeping up with the changes in forecasts. I guess both got bored from June through most of October (except during the tropical storm in early September), so now when conditions are actually interesting, they get caught off-guard.

NOAA/NWS says that the high Wednesday should be in the mid-60's, the lowest since April.

Actually it's only 52 right now and raining, so I think we were at the high temp before sunrise this morning.

Yes, I'm fairly sure of that. October is definitely history! It won't be long until the first freeze. Hopefully, this rain will wash some of the pollen out of the air.
