Looks like 3 yrs from now, we'll be coming down that way, could be Greeneville, maybe Maryville or Cookeville area, coming for a visit this November. What's the projection for rentals, costs etc in 3 yrs?

Default Morristown is Not the place

I have lived in Morristown all my lie (until last year). It used to be a nice place. Not now. It's overrun with Mexicans (this is no lie, the data here is not right. The percentage is much higher). The schools are constantly having bomb threats and even the small children have to practice bomb threat drills. Greeneville is nice as some have stated.
The plus side to Morristown is you are close to Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and so on. There's always something to do with the family and it's close.

Default You may want to reconsider

We moved here about 2 years ago now and we absolutely hate it here. The people here call themselves christians and are the absolute meanest people I've ever encountered in all of my years here on this earth. The school system is well below par and everyone here is overweight, hypocritical and uneducated. We are leaving here as soon as we can afford to. I hope this helps at least one person in their decision to move here.
