Back to the crux/relevant topic -

You know the drill. Soulard is more affordable than the CWE, but vastly more dangerous from a vehicular security standpoint. If you think I'm not accruate, run zip code 63104 by your auto insurance provider and see what the results are.

Are you single/active/educated? If you answer "yes" to two or more, stay OUT of North or especially South (file://\\uth - broken link) County. Consider Clayton, Creve Coeur, CWE. You may have to bump the rent up a bit, but it will pay long-term dividends from a social standpoint. I am a 30ish active single that was transferred here and I was told to live in South County. I am the only person on my block that is under 50, a non-smoker, single and a benefactor of a higher education. Trust me on this.

I have lived in both Soulard and CWE for multiple years at a time and I can tell you first hand regardless of what some insurance company says CWE has more car break ins then Soulard. Both are very safe and I would recommend then to anyone.
