Kent Desormeaux did what he usually does when he thinks he's losing - he gives up.
Exaggerator deserves a better jock.
Congrats to Creator!
Alot of them do that and why it is somewhat difficult to bet favorites to place or show. And logically the jocks are thinking about the other races down the road and do not want to kill the horse trying for third place.
Exaggerator should be on a watch list for his next race.
Many good betting options for the trifecta.
I bet a few trifecta options and had Nyquist as #1 in all the trifecta options.
We shall see !
We just made our bet and wished we had thought trifecta; ended up: hubby took Exaggerator across: I took
Nyquist and we have a side bet on American Freedom. It looks like he was bred for running on an off track plus my favorite trainer trained him.

Nyquist 10 to win (he could not even hang with A. Freedom)
Exaggerator 6 to win and 8 to place
Off setting numbers I think.
I think it was a win and you are in so Exaggerator is in one of the Breeders Cup races automatically. Surely the Classic.
Sunny Ridge spoiled a lot of Exaggerator pickers trifecta.
not mine
I was anti-nyquist, i didn't like how he looked in the morning working out, didn't seem as 'sharp' as he was during the grueling triple crown push.
