The MLB, NFL and NBA network had to seriously cut into the ESPN viewership. I know I hit NFL network and MLB network before turning on ESPN.. I can get the scores I want from those 2 networks without having to tune into Sportscenter. I watch ESPN for the other shows vs the News and scores.
Screw ESPN. I haven't given them the time of day since they all but abandoned hockey. All they are interested in anyway is big market stuff, and they snuff the little guys. They are about as relevant to fair and balanced sports coverage as MTV is to quality music IMHO.
Baseball Tonight however their production has slipped a bit from say 3 years ago or before the MLB Network came along and plucked all the talent from the show but I still like Krukie!
Only shows I watch on ESPN are Around the Horn & Sportscenter
Used to watch Sportsnation, but without Beadle (even though Charissa Thompson is hotter), that show is horrible.
Sportscenter & baseball tonight have become a joke.
Still watch NFL primetime from time to time.
