Football - SEC
Basketball - SEC
Baseball - Hard call... lots of balance in baseball with several strong conferences IMO.

I meant to add pro or college.

I just assumed college with my above posts.

For pro... I don't follow the NFL and only limited NBA.

However, for baseball, my vote goes to AL Central... primarily due to those Detroit Tigers!

Wow, what a shock. A girl from Kentucky thinking the SEC dominates everything. Well, the Pac-10 was superior than the SEC last year in basketball and will definitely be the best again this year (please do not claim Florida, their time has passed).

Football: College- SEC (I'll admit that, but USC will smoke any SEC team as they have the last three or four times they've played them). They have 5 very solid teams (UF, UT, LSU, UGA, AU), 2 so-so teams (Bama, Arkansas), and the rest are high school teams. That should get some of the cellar dweller fans riled up, huh?

NFL- tough one...NFC East or AFC East. I think the NFC West will be the most improved though

Basketball: College- Pac-10 overwhelmingly (UCLA, Oregon, Wazzu, Stanford, Zona, even UW all very solid teams)

NBA- Western Conference (Southwest)

Baseball- don't follow too much, but maybe the NL East or AL East

College- who cares, the Beavers laid the smack down in the College World Series (and that's coming from a Duck)

LOL!! I am a true blue fan and one of the SEC to be sure. However, I am speaking in general terms too, not necessarily for the upcoming year. So, for the last two years the SEC did win the wonderful tourney (which doesn't necessarily make me happy BTW). KY is the winningest basketball program in history and had one of the highest RPI last year in the country. Also, KY's new coach has been on a recruiting tear since arriving a short couple of months ago. I can give up just about anything but the basketball argument.

When it comes to baseball, hey... I said from the beginning of the season that the Ducks were underated. Seems like perhaps they weren't rated at all if I remember correctly. I know they weren't rated very highly at least and I said that was a huge oversite. I love the Ducks... coach is top fella IMO! Two win it back to back.... awesome accomplishment! Baseball is actually my favorite sport, so no one that knows me would be surprised by my statement... but the baseball tournament has been the best of all tourneys the last couple of years.

Right now I'm a Wall Streeter who grew up in suburban Connecticut, so heaven knows how I became an Alabama football fan, but anyways...
I'll put my team in the parentheses, regardless of whether they're in the conf.
FOOTBALL:
College: SEC (Alabama)
Pro: it's gotta be the AFC South (Giants)

Basketball:
Pro: tough, because Memphis sucks soo bad, but probably the Western Southwest (Dallas Mavs; not going to lie, I jumped on this bandwaggon about 2 years ago... it was the Knicks before so I'm sure you understand...)
College: Undoubtably the ACC, the Big 10 is close though...(UCONN)

Baseball:
College: It's so variable, but I'd say last season it was the ACC (Eastern Conn.)
Pro: Tough one, but this year it's the AL Central, because KC isn't doing so bad. (NY Mets)_
