Can anyone give me any information on LaCasa in Northport. We are looking for a modest place to retire to.

Lacasa is a resident owned manufactured home community for 55+ people. It's a large developement with over 900 units built in the 80's. Guard/gated entry. Pets are permitted but only in park perimeter units. Monthly maint is $100-$125 Resales are available through their own office at the front of the park at the entry gate. Listing are on their website.
