The Bahia Belle, with its infamous (to those in the know) "cocktail effect" spherical barrel vaulted ceiling in the main upper salon which magically transfers normal volume conversation from one end of the room straight down to the opposite side as if that person is sitting next to you haha. It's hard to notice in a rowdy crowd but in a quieter moment, it's almost spooky.

It's going to hit!!

It's going to hit??

Finally I realized he meant Kate Sessions Park so up we went and I proved that you can see the roller coaster at Belmont Park. And much more that makes SD such a great place to live.

Also we just realized that we can see the Sea World fireworks from the RV pad at our new house (don't have an RV or boat but it came with the house; good for storage) and from the alley. I hadn't even realized the alley pointed in that direction because I was concentrating on how the street oriented. And I assumed any such view would be totally blocked since our block dips between two rises. A nice little bonus.
That's an awesome pic!

^^^This is near Pine Creak Rd? I love taking out of town guests down that road to Hwy 79 so that they get to see the other side to San Diego, the beautiful back country. .
