I agree with this entirely and FWIW, our auto insurance is about 30/per month per vehicle, however, we have been with State Farm for 20 years with no accidents. I also hate driving, but no enough to ride mass transit.

Whenever possible, I take the bus or ride my bike, thus eliminating that problem.

Oh my, I will try to never be without a personal vehicle ever again. Riding public transit, which I have done quite a bit.......for me is just like going to the hospital, DEPRESSING.

I teach music @ Birney elementary, & I live in that area. Everything is fine about the area & the school, as in other areas of the city, young families are coming back in -- good luck
