It woke me up but I did not know it was an earthquake. I actually thought I was dreaming until I just read this!

So is May 21, 2011. That's the day that those jeebus freaks say jeebus is coming back.

The only earthquake I ever experienced was in the Queens portion of NYC about 25 years ago. It felt and sounded like an explosen (boom) but the radio said it was an earthquake in nearby Westchester County.

I remember that earthquake. It was the first one I had ever felt too. I was in Connecticut at the time. Fairfield County.

It shook my bed and woke me up which was remarkable because I was living in a concrete highrise that just didn't shake for any reason. I looked out the windows expecting to see smoke or a fire somewhere but there was nothing. Later that day I heard the news on the radio, they said it was centered in White Plains.

I'm amazed! We were in Borrego Springs, in our camper van. I was even awake and up, and even so I never felt nor heard this earthquake.

Default Sonic Boom ?

I heard a loud noise and felt my home in Clairemont shake around 10:30am this morning.

Also I just noticed a framed wall picture is now slightly tilted.

This website says it may have been a sonic boom?

M0.0 – San Diego (sonic Boom?)

Anyone else feel it?
