i am planning to buy a house in San Bernardino/riverside/fontana as investment proprety. i am don't know the area well, so i need some suggestion of what part of town is best to buy a house and easy to rent it out. my price range is 200k or lower.

Your price range effectively limits you to South of the 210 in Fontana, and to drill down further, South of Foothill. From that point, the neighborhoods vary from good to sketchy depending on where you are.

As far as "easy to rent it out", I have no opinion on that. I don't own rental property in this county.

The Southridge area in the extreme Southern part is pretty nice.

I could sit here for two hours listing off good vs bad. The most efficient way to do this is for you to list the nearest cross streets for properties you're interested in and I can render an opinion on that neighborhood from my experience. This refers to Fontana only.
