i remember thinking on those beautiful winter days when it was in the mid seventies in Jan. and feb. that we would end up paying for it this summer......

Seriously, are you kidding me?!? This morning, there was a fairly large area of rain coming right for SA. Then it dissipated, and now...nothing.

When can we get a break??

This weather is too much - how many days above 100 so far? NOAA said that it was still 102 at 7 this evening when I started cutting the grass.

I went to the airport to setup some networking stuff in one of the non-A/C hangars...I lasted only 5mins. I gave up and told them I'd come back in the morning some other day as I think i could die in there.

they have hangars that aren't air conditioned? that would be awful in this weather.

yep. Slave workers. But they have large "heat buster" fans that are pretty good. But you have to stay in its vicinity or risk death from heat if you move.
