Will this guy ever learn??

A San Antonio police officer under investigation for allegedly breaking into his ex-girlfriend's house and reportedly tampering with witnesses possibly associated with that case was arrested again Saturday on suspicion of stalking, officials said.

So does knowingly breaking the law not result in being fired? ESPECIALLY if you're a cop?

That guy is dangerous. I'd be afraid if I was his ex.

He resigned -

Police officer resigns after third arrest (http://www.mysanantonio.com/news/62864397.html - broken link)

Why he wasn't fired, who knows.

He is a 14 year veteran and will get credit for his years with the retirement system. He can also go to another department(district) and be a police officer again. He was on administrative leave and the internal investigation has been dropped.
This is sick. he can go somewhere else and continue to be a cop!!!!!!! And then collect retirement.
Sounds like the same thing the Catholic Church does for it's molesting priests. Let them resign, move and go on in a new venue!!!!
I sure hope his past catches up with him when he applies to other districts for a job.

not until you are found guilty. Remember in our country, no matte how much evidence a person is innocent, until found guilty.

He sounds like a real creep..sounds pretty scary to me.

Because you can't just fire the officer. Not how it works.
