Cenrto Properties (aka Debra Maltz) is a good place to start. She specializes in the downtown market.

You should also checkout Cadillac Lofts. We lived there for a year and, while not best, they served our purposes well. The office staff is great. The location is good with a short walk to most things in downtown. The sizes are notably small and they lack the true loft layout.

If I was looking for a loft rental today, my 1st choice would be: San Antonio Lofts Downtown Urban Living in Southtown King William: St Benedict's These are brand new and located in the heart of King William and will have restaurants (Liberty Bar & Grill- a SA institution etc) onsite. The layout looks great. Costs I don't know, but it is low cost SA.

Good luck.

St Benedicts is quite a property. They had first move-ins about a month ago and things seem to be going really well... If you're interested in a tour of the property, contact Leanne through the Blue Star website. She'll work you the best deal on a lease, as she works for the owner of the property. No middleman mark-up.
