Ive been to the 1221 Broadway and I loved the ambiance and the staff was so customer service oriented. BUT... they are missing alot of basics for their price (no extra storage, no garden tubs, no linen closets, pantries, or coat closets) and they need to paint those walls. They look terrible. So Im gonna wait for the other ones in that area to be built.

I wasnt talking about 1221. As I stated, I had already been there. Im seriously considering Pearl but they arent constructed yet so no reviews of course. Im looking for people in the other ones downtown to respond.
