Potranco Ranch Apartments are still planned just to the west of the new Walmart near the new signal light south of Potranco.

hopefully they're high-end, expensive apartments..
The last thing West Creek needs is more low income apartments..

Default Potranco Pointe-Apartments at Potranco Ranch

Here's a link to the new Potranco Pointe development that will also include the new "Apartments at Potranco Ranch" just off of Empresario Drive where the new signal light is being installed.

Well, the new traffic signal on Potranco (next to the new Walmart) is blinking yellow in preparation for being turned on. I heard a rumor that Walmart will open on 7 June. Traffic nightmare will begin that same day!

Has anyone been to the "updated" Walmart on 1604 and Culebra? Is it just me or are they trying to pattern themselves more after Target than before?

will be interesting to see what this new one on Potranco looks like inside.

Does anyone know if they are going to build a Transportation Department, i.e., Department of Motor Vehicles (where you get your driver's license at) around the potranco area?
