Hubby and I will be spending a few days in San Antonio next week. I'm curious if any of the hotels on the Riverwalk provide shuttles to and from the Alamo. Thanks!

I doubt it, as it's located in downtown and for most, an easy walking distance (or wheelchair-ing - there are adequate sidewalks there). If you have health issues that prevent you from getting there on your own, you could consider the trolley - the blue and red routes go to the Alamo VIA Metropolitan Transit

Check with the SAN ANTONIO VISITORS office located in front of the ALAMO.There are shuttle barges as far north as Josephine ST. that will bring south to the main river attractions and restaurants.Whilehere visiting, check out the double decker
bus. They have choices of either a North Tour or South tour,I wished we had replica of SAN ANTONIO as it was in 1836 and see how the ALAMO and its surronding compound would have looked liked.Have a pleasant stay and WELCOME TO SAN ANTONIO.

Default The Hilton Palacio Del Rio,

This nice Hotel is right on the Riverwalk and is only two blocks away from the Alamo.
