Can anyone recommend a good furniture store, with fairly good prices? I am looking for traditional/casual furniture, something nice. And how much does a living room set cost (sofa, love seat, 2 side tables, plus sofa table), just an approximate figure. Thank you.

I usually go to something like Ashley or Rooms To Go. It's not stuff that you'll be passing down to your children, but it will survive moves and is above what you'd get from Target, Ikea, etc. For a living room set you're probably looking at $1-2k.

I shop at Haverty's. They are a bit pricey but very nice and high quality. Stuff that will last for a long time. My living room was about 6k and included a leather sectional that reclines in two places, a seperate recliner (for the hubs, of course), 2 end tables, coffee table and a large entertainment system for our 60 inch flat screen. Again, while a bit pricey, the quality will ensue I won't have to replace it in my lifetime (I'm in my 40's). Hope this helps
