I am interested in looking at furniture. Where do you shop for dining room tables, bedroom furniture, occasional chairs, etc?

Not really interested in Rooms-to-Go furniture chains, so if you know of other good places in San Antonio, I would love to hear.

Calico Corners, Hill Country Interiors (Norwalk Furniture), and believe it or not...Penney's, just recently, and we're pretty happy with it!

My sister-in-law and her husband just bought a gorgeous oak kitchen table and chairs at an Amish furniture maker on 410...it was beautiful, solid stuff. Not cheap at all.

God bless the Amish. Seriously, I've never once heard of someone buying something Amish-made that wasn't quality, whether it was furniture or simple toys.
