You mean like how Luciano's is situated right outside Dillard's at North Star currently?

"Wandering Cowboy" across from the food court moved out about a
week or so ago.

However, I see a sign up at that store front that a new jewellery
store will be opening up in that spot. Rolling Oaks already has enough
jewellery places.

I am surprised to still see "Deck the Walls" place there given how long
it takes them to turnover their art inventory.

Never been to NorthStar... is it worth the drive there from Schertz?

The Forum style might be the new thing but this old timer dislikes
that style of shopping for the simple reason of needing to drive from
store to store rather than park it and walk inside from store to store.

I like Rolling Oaks it close to my office, but wonder how they still in business. I rarely see people and hope it survives.

Nope, no restaurant. It would have been interesting to see what restaurant they would have put in there.
