I sure hope you're right.

A friend who does work at North Star he was told that they will fill the vacancies quickly, do not see them staying vacant very long.

North star has a waiting list of tenants. The stores that have locations at both la cantera and north star still have better sales numbers at north star.

Yes, and that new location at Park North is open until 7 on Saturdays, so you can still do your late afternoon banking on the weekend.

crossroads mall is right next door to balcones heights. that place is a Moderator cut: language. its a wonder it lasted this long. combine that with BHPD is right next door also.. and they have a tendency to pull over ANYONE, especially that old Moderator cut: language whos like 80 and still a cop somehow. he just sits on fred/hillcrest, pulling one over after another...

Yeah...I was waiting for someone to laugh. It might not be Rodeo Drive, but if a mall has a Saks 5th Avenue, it's nice than the typical mall. But, it has appeared junkier, less appealing to me lately.

ill concede that it does have some nicer than usual facilities (love the eye doctor there and the lens crafters next door), but for the most part (especially as of late as you pointed out), its been going to crap.

Malls in general are dying. Open shopping like the Forum and the Rim are the new thing. Malls had their day in the spotlight... time to move on.
