When I pulled into a garage Monday around 8:45, I noticed the time on the ticket machine was still an hour behind. Of course when I left an hour and a half later the time was fixed and they tried to charge me $5 instead of 2. Luckily the employee didn't seem to care about her job and and didn't fight me on it.

I wonder if this was an isolated fluke or its happened before. You can bet that in November they make sure no one gets a free hour.

Or is it possible the ticket dispenser clock hadn't been changed (and still hadn't been changed when you left), but the cashier was using a separate time clock that had been changed?
