It's at about 10%. I'm seeing a bit more diversity in the newer communities (Westpark, Fiddyment, etc) since that is where most of the Bay Area ex-pats like ourselves have moved to.

Definitely set your standards lower for restaurants. There is not a single Chinese restaurant I can recommend around here (Koi Palace at Thunder Valley is actually pretty good, they are owned by the same people that run Koi Palace in Daly City; but everything is massively overpriced); the Japanese restaurants are mostly of the Americanized "oversauced sushi" variety; the one Vietnamese place I have been to was a complete disappointment; and every Filipino establishment I have seen so far has been of the fast food / snack variety (e.g. Lollicup, which we go to quite often).

Thanks for the info, I greatly appreciate it. I did notice Lollicup while browsing google map, and while there, I also noticed a shop called Little Manila which I assume is a mini market. I can't remember what street it was on.
