Rochester Living (New York, Henrietta, Penfield: apartments, renters, lofts)

hello


if any of you know of any apartment communities in or around rochester, with 3br/loft or 4br please let me know! we will be renting, and would like to score a large apt or townhome in a community, etc to maybe bypass yardwork, and hopefully score a pool

if not, maybe a downtown-ish loft-style apartment, or rent/rent to own condo type situation... there are 8 of us total (6 kids) so 4br or 3br/loft or office is needed...

i'm having a very hard time finding this, maybe it doesn't exist we 'll probably end up having to rent a house...

With 6 kids you probably won't want a loft downtown or anywhere in the city because the schools in the city aren't very good. There are some really nice lofts downtown, mostly owner-occupied though; and again, schools would leave a lot to be desired. There are great schools in the suburbs; but you are pretty much only going to find single-family homes in the suburbs.

Penbrooke Meadows quality housing in Penfield and Rochester New York

In the suburbs, good schools, lots to do, close to shopping.
