Joey,

Good for you! Moving out of Rochester is one of the first steps towards true happiness. Who needs the high taxes, awful weather, poor economy, and lack of entertainment. I'm sure wherever you are now is a paradise in comparison.

The grass IS greener,

Rotten

Wow. The Rochester forum is much more racist than the Charleston, SC one. Who would have ever thought...

Is Charleston being overrun by socially inept wiggles who are on a mission to ruin their city? If not, there's your answer.

Lived in Rochester for over 40 years........ Recently left. Couldn't be happier. Rochester is an okay city, but the weather for 1/2 the year is AWEFUL. Food is OKAY, but once moving away, I realized how good the food can be elsewhere.

Rochester is an okay city, but it ain't great, so let's not pretend it is. There are many better places out there. I happened to find one and moved there.

Regarding food, I think Albuquerque can give you a run for your money!

The grass is greener! Been out of Rottenchester/Roachester for a year now. Nothing there but Wegmans and the mall. Boring, no jobs, crappy weather, welfare kings/queens running the place, and pure ugliness.

If life is so wonderful where you are now, why worry about ROC and post on here? Just wondering since there seem to be a few who have nothing else to do all day except rag on ROC. Some of us actually enjoy living in the area. I probably just blew your mind with that statement.
