It depends on the reason for the description. For example, I don't mind looking at the "senior activities" section of my city's class offerings, as there are classes more geared toward retired people; during the work day. I like "senior special" meals at restaurants because they cost less and give less food, which is perfect.


On the other hand, I wouldn't appreciate someone calling me out in public as a senior unless I needed emergency health services.
