I don't understand why you're being so trusting, or maybe you're just in denial.
The tenants have not paid you.
They gave you bad checks, not once, but twice.
They are destroying your house.

You should start eviction proceedings immediately if you care about your home.

My guess is that they are going to fix up the house and sell it ...( SCAM )

NONE of what they are doing is normal for renters...

They remind me of Gypsies moving place to place stealing what they can..

Because ignorant landlord exist and those LL get what they deserve!

Instead of explaining what's going on, march yourself down to the courthouse and start taking the proper legal steps. If you have not done so, stop whinning because you havn't done any thing proper from the get go. Maybe you need to consider NOT being a landlord. hate to be rash but geez, what do you expect?
