Okay, here are all the names of my dogs that I can remember..Mandy, Duchess, Jiggs, Duke, Pasquanel, Little Bear, Mother Dog, Ole Blue, Noodles, Dog, Ace, Frenchie, Penny, Hunter, Poochie, Troubles, Pee Puppy, Puddles, Hudepohl, Queenie......Thats all I can remember now
Blue as sweet as that is, I can not name a puppy after myself...besides there is already one for adoption with my real name on the site, the other fosters did that. But my pups usually do end up with Irish names, unless there is a holiday coming...this one will be posted for Thanksgiving, but I don't know anything other than Turkey to call her.
Kawgpz - We already have a Precious in rescue, but yes she is that for sure!
KayKay - I was thinking Sweet Potato...but Potato is really more a boy's name.
June - I like that but I'd have to call her Micki for short, hmmmm.
I don't care what you post here as long as it is UPBEAT, UPLIFTING and full of LOVE and FRIENDLINESS!
Feel free to post scriptures, words to your favorite hymns, anything GOOD going on in your life or whatever other POSITIVE thing you can think of!
No arguing, no debating, no controversy, no bad feelings! This thread is for everyone to come to after getting into the heated threads. We all fall into the trap of arguing our points at some time, but this is the place to go to get away from that!

Wow Blue that's a lot of dogs! I have to say that Pee Puppy and Puddles will not bring too many applications for adotpion in...LOL But I will take the others under advisement.

I'm thinking maybe Mimi...in Turkish it means Thankful...
Or I also like the name Kawgpz posted...Kianna...but I know I'd wind up calling her Kiki....
I think the religion forum just collectively adopted that puppy!
This will be the 32nd dog I've fostered since getting involved with the rescue...18 months ago. I like doing the puppies because I don't get as attached to them...they are blank slates and will love any good family. The older dogs come with histories that are sometimes hard for them to get over and I get very attached when a scared, shaking, untrusting animal suddenly relaxes and bonds with us...it's hard for me to let those go, but I do so I can then do it again. *sigh*
I am engaged !!! Whilst on holiday in San Francisco my beloved got on one knee and proposed... We have been together for 19 years now and have always considered ourselves married but he told me it was time to make me "respectable" !
Is that cheery enough ? We are both very happy about it but I am still thinking about a long engagement...
So at some point in the future I will no longer "living in sin"...
