I'd be very interested what protocols they are suggesting to follow, and how were those protocols developed. I suspect you can't pull those off the shelf, but could you inquire? Or did they suggest something?
Please read the information from Ontario MNR if you don't want to believe the BC pamphlet. Please do, I have been too involved in this stuff and have seen well meaning individuals do too much harm to herds.
Who will sit with me in the sacred circle of peace, harmony and understanding.
Among my culture we have a tradition that has existed for centuries.
Whenever we come together to discuss things of great importance it is always done within the sacred circle. Anyone is welcome to come and sit within the sacred circle and participate in the discussions, however all animosity, hatred and prejudice are left outside of the sacred circle, these things are not allowed within its confines and each individual who steps within the sacred circle is expected to help govern it and be responsible to see to it that peace, harmony, and understanding prevail within the sacred circle.
So now my brothers and sisters, I invite you to step within the sacred circle and tell us about your beliefs or non-beliefs without criticism or animosity to one another.
Remember, all are welcomed here who come with a good heart.
I'll definitely sit with you! I'll bring the vodka and a meat and cheese platter! two things that make any good time a great time

Tsi-lu-gi Chicago, I will partake of your meat and cheese platter if you'll partake of my bottle of Hennessy Cognac, not a big fan of vodka and I only partake of any kind of alcoholic spirits maybe once or twice a year. I have a traditional toast that I do at midnight on New Year's Eve that involves a shot glass of Jamison Irish whiskey..... Tell us a little bit about yourself so that we may learn a little bit about you.osay
My instinctive repulsion of the Christmas season has to do with the incredible commercialism of what we have to put up with. I turn into a Scrooge....a Grinch.....a humbug sayer.
I spend time sneering at the millions of lights.
I impress myself for not falling victim to unnecessary shopping. I congratulate myself for not gaining 30 pounds from self indulgent sweets. I am proud to rise above the "common" people......the "little" people.
I forget that often this is a time when many celebrate their connection with spirituality. Not all are gift driven.
What is important, perhaps most important, is that we are all people. It is the spirituality that connects everyone to everything. This must be celebrated.
This is the time when, as you gather around a sacred circle where no one is above another, that you hold hands to connect to all who gather with you.
Thank you, my friends........my relations.......for connecting. And holding my hands.
After three days and nights of praying and fasting on a mountain-top,I snapped a twig with my fingers and had a revelation..... I saw that this simple action had changed the world, and that it would never be the same again. I could never put that twig back together the way it had been..... This was a small change but an important change nonetheless. As the sound of the snap reverberated within my mind. I understood how everything I said and did change the world, how all my actions influence creation, and how people were oblivious to the ways their lives inflicted deep wounds upon the Earth, the air, and the water-- the realization that most Native American people have known throughout their lives; that all things are related, and each action in the web of life influences everything else...... now is the time when all of humanity desperately needs to learn this basic lesson..
Today I was reminded of a Cheyenne brother. Little Wolf.
