There was a study a couple years ago that found that going on roller coasters jostles you around enough to help break up the stones. It's science!

So, I have a kidney stone. Talk about pain! Hopefully it passes soon - the DR gave me 2 meds for the pain, anti-nausea pills, an antibiotic to stave off infection, and Flomax to help flush it out. He says I may feel it moving because the pain follows the stone. Yay.

I'm just so tired today! Want to stay in bed all day.

Sorry for being whiny. Happy Friday everyone! Any weekend plans?
That sounds creepy in a way. lol Seriously, hope it goes quickly. Does NOT sound like fun.

We're going to dump off some stuff at the toxic household waste center tomorrow. Does that count as "plans"?

I'm trying to break up a tree stump. We have very sad lives, me thinks.

Ouch. Whining permitted, I'm thinking. Good luck. Is it bad form to say "This too shall pass"? Yeah, I thought it was

Ouch. A stone sounds like no fun at all.

I will stop whining about painting. Starting with the first coat, it looked like Pepto Bismo. I wasn't too happy about that. With the second coat on part of the wall, it doesn't look that bad.

It was 20 degrees here today. So I fired up the Green Egg grill. Did some pork ribs on it. Tossed a couple chunks of hickory on the charcoal. It is amazingly good.
