Weather is finally starting to cool off a bit. Down to the 50's at night and low 70's in the day, perfect weather. Anything in the 70's with a low humidity is nice to me. Just finished up that soup from last night, that was some good azz soup. LOL.
Scrounging around for dinner ideas for tonight. Not sure if I feel like doing much cooking though, the soup last night was really pretty easy, chop up some veggie and toss in a big pot. Not too much work. Throw in some chicken, easy peasy really.
Have a pizza Wrap.
-Low calorie wraps.
-Pizza sauce
-Turkey pepperoni
-string Cheese or mozzarella cheese or sharp
Place butter on outer side of Wrap
Then in toaster maybe 30-40 secs. Or brown with cheese melted.
It's effen good!
Not a bad idea. I'll have to keep that one in mind. I settled with spaghetti. Gonna make my own sauce, should be good. I do up the low carb Dreamfield's pasta. Good stuff.
Going to add some red wine to my "gravy" as the Italians call their red pasta sauce.
Cooking with wine really adds a nice background flavor.
One thing that bothers me about online sites like twitter, FB and even here on CD is that the online world gives a voice to all of the "creeps" of the world. I know that there are good people out in the world, but it seems like the trolls and creeps are just better at getting heard. The comments sections on some sites are just filled with hateful vile nasty stuff. I just read a post here on CD a little while ago by some creep. People are smart here, they've figured out ways to spread ugliness but still not sound that bad on the surface, it's when you really think about it is when it dawns on you.
I moved a few things from MG's garage to mine. Then, I cut my grass. I picked up one of those downspout tray thingies and found a big, black slug under it! I've never seen anything like it. It was about three inches long and 1/2 an inch thick. EEEEWWWWW
