I'm trying to remember if I've ever seen a hot guy in a relationship with an ugly woman. I've seen hot men with ugly women when the man is in the grocery store and the woman is the checker, but not on a date.
Oh wait, yes, I did once see two 70-ish women dripping in diamonds accompanied by two handsome muscular young studs. I assumed that the men were well paid gigolos, but hey, it might have been true love. But the women weren't really ugly, just old.
if i saw someone with someone else of the opposite sex who was much hotter and/or younger my first assumption would not be that they were dating. so yea there's really no telling. people don't walk around with labels on their foreheads

I lived there before the recession and I saw nothing but pretty boys there.
I'm not talking about the gay dudes either. None of the straight guys with girlfriends even looked remotely masculine.
