I lived there before the recession and I saw nothing but pretty boys there.
I'm not talking about the gay dudes either. None of the straight guys with girlfriends even looked remotely masculine.

haha, I lived there in 2008/2009.

I don't mean to say that people were out there walking around like slobs.. I just meant there were unattractive dudes with some hot girls. Most people dress nice in Miami, unless they're tourists.

Well, I'm in college and I definitely see more hot girls with ugly guys. A lot of girls are looking to get the MRS, so they date the nerdy engineering major and marrying him after graduation.

I see hot guys with ugly girls more. The guys at my college claim they don't want to date hot girls because they are too much work.

I see more of a disparity between attractive women and average or below average-looking men.

I have seen attractive men with women who were less attractive then they were, but the women were still fairly good-looking, if that makes any sense.

I have also noticed skinny guys with overweight women sometimes, but generally the skinny guys aren't much to look at anyway.

yea...neither skinny nor fat are ideal body types for most.

This is actually an excellent point.

We are kind of socialized to see 'fat, unattractive' husband with 'super hot, thin' wife on tv and in movies. When there is an unattractive woman, she is always paired up with an equally unattractive partner...but how often do you see 'model hunk' with 'ugly wife'?
