And these good blokes, God bless 'em, I love them, but even the black bloke in this doc is too kind and smiles and "we all can get along and figure this world out together" type, to survive as a beta or alpha in Black-America. Unless he had a college or advanced degree and high paying job or something.
OP, where do you get all that stuff? Is this from another PUA book? Here are your mistakes:
1) Stop comparing yourself to bigger, better, taller and supposedly more magnetic to women. What this propaganda is doing is brainswashing you to feel that you're hopeless, and that you need to buy what they're selling: gym memberships, protein powders to bulk up, a book of one-line come-ons for women, etc, etc, 2) Stop buying and reading cr@p aimed at making your feel like it's hopeless for you.
Throw it all away. Just put it out of your mind like it never existed. It's a form of mental torture, so why would you want to drag it around with you everywhere you go, and allow it to affect your self image? We do not choose our mate based on primitive instincts, that's ridiculous. You're new, so you've missed all the discussions about how the rational, enlightened brain does just as much, if not more, picking than the primitive reptilian brain. Remember, our brain has evolved for tens of thousands of years beyond the instinctual lower-functioning aspects of it to make us the rational creatures we are today.
All an omega guy has to do is be friendly and talk to women. Just like anyone else, he has to place himself in female-rich environments, like hiking or sports groups, whatever the popular coffee/teahouses are in your town, free concerts and art fairs, meet-up groups, the gym, university classes, salsa dance or swing or folk-dance groups, volunteer organizations (women in some towns participate in Habitat For Humanity for than men), the list of possibilities just goes on and on.
I suggest: Hold a book-burning party, and burn the material you've been reading. Flames can be remarkably purifying. This will mark your transition from a man who went astray and willingly swallowed all the male-generated brainwashing aimed at making you feel like you had no hope and were a worthless "omega", to the world of hope, love, maturity and the belief that anyone can achieve his heart's desire by being a great guy who's fun to be around, interesting to talk to, and has just as much a chance with women as other average guys.
So after you have your ceremonial book-burning, get back to us, and tell us about yourself. Then we'll be able to help you. Don't even let anyone talk you into the fact that you have no chance, or that you're the low man on the totem pole and have no prospects.
Alphas get the best females and betas either get nothing, the below to average ones, or the scraps the Alphas didnt want to commit to. Many(but not all)Alphas are the top 10-15% of males that 90% of females want. A man can get himself in there but it takes work, while some guys are just born there(for example being naturally good looking)
People laugh but this stuff is real, We're not that much different from animals. Think of it like the lions when you watch discovery channel. After the prey is killed one or 2 alpha lions get the vast majority of the meat and the betas scrape for what's left. How is that any different from being in a club or party where a few guys have 10-15 different girls around(later take them all home) while all the other guys get NOTHING lol?

OP, you are making things way too complicated! I get it that the initial attraction is important, but the Alpha-Beta-Mega stuff is just a way of labeling a man, which is just silly. In the long run, a relationship is built on all that the two people are made of, not just the looks. Just be YOU and let go of all of that other crap.
