Have you spent any time at the market downtown? I have a high school buddy who lives in Seattle and he took me there when I visited. We went to a restaurant called Matt's in the Market. There were a lot of interesting and attractive looking people about your age there.
Maybe if you become a regular someplace you'll meet some locals and start making friends.
I'm going to jewish events and meetup groups. But I still haven't met anyone yet. Hopefully that will change. I'm a 34 year old single male.

I'm actually getting tired of throwing out the "Take a walk around a public place for a few hours and count how many unattractive guys are out with average or above average girls" line. But it is the truth.
If this guy can't find dates or women, he might be unattractive in many ways, but I think unattractive in looks is the least of those guys worries.

I used to have trouble even getting dates myself. Nowadays, and especially with OLD, I don't usually have problems getting dates for the most part.
Turning them into a relationship, however, that's still a work in progress - haha.
