I don't know if this is something I alone deal with but while speaking to other women they have this problem. Basically I prefer a certain type: skinny geeky guys. I don't like big bear types at all in fact they repulse me (yes I am being honest). Every other type is okay but I can stand these types of men. Anyway, when doing online guess what type kept responding to me and which ignored me? Yep. It's one reason I gave up on online dating. The guy I am interested in is neither type.

How many messages did you send?

Online dating is just like any kind of dating. Some periods of time you don't meet anyone and then other times the flood gates open (or somewhere in between).

Why does everyone, who isn't your type "repulse you"?

And every other type isn't okay with you, who are you trying to fool here?

I'm waiting for someone to tell me I need to lower my standards to date the type I dislike but honestly if someone repulses me it won't change.

Not all types repulse me but bear types do. Most of the guys who contacted me while doing online were bear types.

Men, men, men, is that all you think about? It appears to be an obsession with you.

You can be attracted to who your attracted to, just be prepared to not have them feel attracted back. You dont need to lower your standards, you just need to branch out.

A few but many didn't respond back or if they did it was "you're hot". Most that contacted me were gross.
