How common is this? 4 months ago, she broke up with her bf after an 8 year relationship (they met in college) and started meeting guys from online. Last night, I found out from her best friend that she's slept with at least 30 guys during that time period.
I realize chicks usually go through withdrawal after a breakup, but is this kind of withdrawal extremely abnormal or what? Anyone know someone else like this?

Humans deal with loss in various ways and this is obviously her way of dealing with the loss of her long term relationship. Anyway, how do you know for sure she has done this? Are you there? Have you seen her having sex with every man she meets? Bottom line, none of your business and why do you really care.
That sounds like more then just being promiscuous. At that level, Even being careful does not decrease the risk much of contracting something or becoming pregnant. Plus i doubt she is getting to know these guys so there is the risk of one or more being dangerous, I am talking about the person themselves.

What am I jealous about? I'll probably have a chance to hook up with her in 3 weeks during Irish weekend down at the NJ shore (we're staying at the same house and I'll be 1 of the 2 guys in the house who are single). I just wanted to know if this is somewhat normal.
