That's competitive powerlifting territory (not world champion, but placing well in a local contest) for a girl, unless she is 6 feet tall and 250 pounds… she must have been fun.
One of my best friends is a competitive powerlifter, and she's a tiny Asian girl.

I know that most PL'ers are in the lower weight classes; I was just saying (in case I was unclear) that 205 is a very good lift except for a superheavyweight, where it's still pretty good.
Both my wife and 14yo daughter are a lot bigger and stronger than me, and we're all OK with that. I know it's very rare but it does happen sometimes. You probably don't hear about it a lot because it's not exactly the type of thing a guy is going to brag about if you know what I mean. I certainly don't. They lift together a lot, and I'm more into cardio and don't lift at all. I've never had any issues with my wife being physically stronger than me, but ran into an issue with my daughter last year that I discussed here. I still have some issues with my daughter, but everything is pretty normal otherwise, at least with me and wife.

"Of course" is a bit much. The average women, lb for lb and all other things equal, has about 40% the muscle mass of a man. IOW, an average 5'11"/210-lb woman isn't just going to beat me up.
Not even close. I'm not a powerlifter, but back in high school I was able to bench 330 at about 185 lbs and squatted 495 on free weights. I don't train like I used to and am a bit heavier, but squatted 405 easily and benched 305 a couple weeks ago.
