I haven't. But my exgirlfriend cheated on me the 2nd time (that I know of) with a guy she met on craigslist. I still cringe a little when I have to go to Craigslist to find something. Grrr....
It is known for its creepiness, but if used with extreme precautions, then you might find someone. Do not meet alone, send money; be very cautious. Scammers, stalkers, and creeps, oh my!
Brought another chick home last nite.

Although after talking to her for 10 mins i came realized she was a total loon.
I bought a few things off craigslist, and I've met a few interesting people[good and bad] along the way as a result. I'd be hesitant to try to pick up a date off craiglist though. I can't read the personals on CL w/o seeing extreme desperation between the lines.

I like the pay sites a little more (although they certainly have their negatives too).
I figure that anyone willing to pay to be on match.com or whatever other pay site to communicate must be at least partially serious, and hopefully put some thought into the ad they put up having to take the time to fill it out.
CL, I dunno... when I was searching a couple years ago I read some CL posts, but it did not feel like a good way to find quality dates.
