I'll be back, my friend, and I'll likely pop my head in here once in a while when I'm working, just to see what's going on. You can't get rid of me that easily.

Thanks for writing...Will watch for your "pop-ins." Don't work too hard....Keep some cream cheese handy at all times and I will too...Thanks again....
My mom makes what she calls "Polish Roses" -- take some corned beef slices (the packaged kind), green onions, and cream cheese. Take the block of cream cheese and divide it into 16-20 small portions. Wrap the cream cheese around the green onion, and then the corned beef around the cream cheese. They look like flowers and are really tasty........to me anyway!!

Thanks for the recipe...I have never tried corned beef with cream cheese but it sure sounds like a good combination. Thanks....
Has anyone tried the pancake stacks at I-HOP with the cream cheese "rounds?" I keep seeing ads for the "stacks" on TV but I am suspicious about what is mixed in with the cream cheese.
