So sorry to hear that and I really know what you are going through.
It is such a "Catch 22" situation..can't buy yours till I sell mine. My house goes back on the market November 1st, so I will keep my fingers crossed for both of us!

The market normally shows down this time of the year. the slow points are End of August through end of December. Picks up a lot 1st week of January.
