I have the company's name and the mls # and of course the address...so how can I find out which Realtor sold this home? I want to hire them to sell my home, traditional sale.
Are you looking for the one who listed the house or the buyers agent who sold the house ? You might make sure you have the correct info.
The agent who sold the home,
but I am leaning to let the home foreclose, too many HOA issues, and nobody can be approved for a loan due to Low HOA reserves, FEMA issues and no FHA loan allowed for this complex...
She has exhausted her income to pay all of the bills...
any suggestions???
I am really leaning to foreclose with equity.
Also, net proceeds after all Realtor sales expenses are between 2K-6K... not worth it, this owner is now in a rest home, and she cannot deplete her income of 1200/mo for this property of1500/mo.

I know it's probably just semantics but it seems to me it's actually the listing agent who "sells" the house. The buyers agent just assists the buyer in buying the house, correct?
The reason I ask is I called Prudential to find out who sold a house that was being listed by Prudential. She gave me the guys name and then proceeded to say "You know he didn't really sell the house, he just listed it. ". I said well he was the one who marketed the house correct. She said yes and then said if you don't like him, call me.
I guess these agents are getting cutthroat for business. I think she knew what I meant but was playing a word game to try and get my business.

When you ask who the listing agent is, you'll get the person who's name is either on or associated with the sign out in front and represents the seller.
When you ask who the selling agent is, you'll get the person who represented the buyer in the transaction.
The agent you spoke to had the correct verbiage ... the way she handled trying to sell herself, well, let's just say I don't approve.
ETA: I know it sounds confusing - the selling agent is NOT the seller's agent.

Make sure you tell the agent what his co-worker tried to do there. I'm sure he'll appreciate it. That's pretty low to try to undercut a co-worker that way. Tell the broker in charge while you're at it and go hire a different company.

Whats the situation? You're helping someone else or it's for yourself?

I am co trustee of this property. It has been listed for 7 months with 4 offers. In escrow two times.
The 1st escrow feel thru because the buyer wanted termite answers on two adjacent units, and the HOA and owners for those units refused to comply.
So the buyer walked from the escrow.
Escrow #2 says the HOA has too low of reserves for the lender to fund the loan...
Property is relisted but listing with agent expires in a few days and I am letting the bank take it back.
This was a traditional sale, and my party would have netted 6K after Realtor and closing costs proceeds...
No FHA allowed per the HOA and now FEMA says my unit needs flood ins...
