I have been trying to figure out the difference b/ Fuquay-Varina in Wake County versus Fuquay-Varina in Harnett Conty. From looking at realtor.com, it seems that the lots are larger and the houses are less expensive. I am wondering if this is due to it being further from Raleigh or is the difference due to the quality of the schools? Being further south of Raleigh would work better for my family due to our jobs but I am wondering whether we would be better off in Wake County. Your thoughts would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
