Anyone have opinions on Homescape as a company to work with? I did a search and didn't find anything too specific.

The neighbors I've talked to in Weycroft that have a Homescape home all seem to like them. Half of them are having them finish their attics now. Repeat business always speaks well for a builder.

Since your original post Homescape has had substantial layoffs, impacting the accuracy and timeliness of their work. Unfortunately from a number of sources, the quality of Homescape construction is now more driven by feedback from county inspectors and buyers' home inspection results than a commitment to provide homes that Homescape employees would be proud to live in.
